ii. Madhyamik Examination passed or equivalent/ Class VIII passed (duly attested).

iii. 1 (one) recent passport sized colour photograph (200px X 230px up to 50KB)

iv. Scanned signature of the candidate. (140px X 60px up to 50KB)

v. AADHAR Card/EPIC i.e. Voter’s Identity Card/PAN card/ Passport or any other Identity Card issued by the Government.

vi. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC /Person with Disability Certificate (duly attested)

vii. Ex Serviceman – Discharge Certificate. (duly attested)

viii. "No Objection Certificate" of the concerned authority for “in-service” employee under Govt./ Public Sector undertaking and
within the prescribed age limit. (duly attested)

ix. Valid email id

x. Working mobile number
